It’s time for Icey to shine! A Case Manager at our Omaha Veteran’s facility, Icey has been with New Visions Homeless Services for about 5 years. Icey helps the Veterans find housing, get their birth certificates and social security cards, and meet their goals. “I love helping people who may have had a hard time in life,” she says.
Energetic, outspoken, and funny are three attributes that define Icey’s contributions to the New Visions team. “I like to keep it light,” she says, “everyone appreciates a sense of humor around here!” Icey is most proud of her children, as well as achieving her college degree and pursuing a career in Behavioral Sciences.
In her free time, Icey loves to spend time outdoors including swimming and trips to the zoo. She loves the color purple, anything Disney, and spending time with her family. Thank you, Icey, for sharing your talents with our team at New Visions!
