HOUSING PROGRAMS

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) provides quick, low-barrier access to permanent housing, and is a proven solution for individuals experiencing chronic homelessness. NVHS offers PSH apartments on both our Council Bluffs and Omaha campuses (to read more about our Omaha Campus, Click HERE).

The Timothy House provides PSH on our Council Bluffs Campus. This program provides stable housing, prioritizing those who are chronically homeless.  The program offers residents a fully functional apartment, access to MOHM’s Place meal site, and support services including case management, meals, transportation, counseling, and referrals. Each year, the Timothy House houses between 26 and 29 individuals. To date, 90% of Timothy House residents remain in permanent housing and 90% maintain/increase their income and/or benefits.
